Please note that the IFRA for Categories 4 & 9 do not tell you how much to use, it is the maximum percent range of usage in various products. The suggested rate in soap for most of the Tamera’s Soap Making Scents fragrances is 0.7 to 1oz ppo for a strong scent.
The International Fragrance Association is
changing the IFRA categories next year.
Category 4 which was Body lotion is now 5A, Hand Cream is now 5C. They have split the categories Category 9 is
